Devlog: Incursion Soundtrack |

A large sampling of music from Incursion has made it's way on to I Tunes as well as other popular music hosting services on the net.Now you can check out the awesome score from Gamesare Studio's Resident composer Sam Dillard has created for Incursion. Thanks to Sam's incredible work I have been able to maintain motivation through out the development of this game! Make sure you have I tunes installed when you use the link!

Devlog: Sighted Around the World |
|
We are about finished with Tilesets for different terrains on the Squad
Tactics mode of the game, And I thought I would share some screenies of
it, I would love to hear comments on them. Currently in the snow levels
it will, yes, Snow, I have yet to decide if it should rain in the swamp
levels, what do you think..
During research you will be able to unlock a tranquilizer gun which
enable you to during tactics battles to instead of kill a grey sedate
him, if successful you will unlock a new mini game by Sam Dillard where
you can attempt to intercept and decrypt alien PSI communications, More
to come on that one...

Still looking for some good testers who would work for a free

Devlog: Close Encounter of A Third Kind |
Behold the Grey!
So we have been this week polishing up the Squad Based Tactics
Engine, Our friend here, is a Avatar for the Grey's you will see as
part of the Stat read out during the turn based combat. Cute Isn't he!
Also Ian had me make a Little Flash of green on the Greys when they
"Shoot Their Green S**t at you"...
We also did some other things like Beefed up enemy AI during the
night phase by adding more routines for each enemy class, and
completing the Tributator attack cycle, (The big honking UFO you see in
Progress Video # 3). Performed a lot of Bug Extermination work, and
increased Battle FPS by 5..

Devlog: Disclosure Begins |

Disclosure: A event when the governments of the world finally
come forth and reveal all the collected information and knowledge they
may or may not have of Life beyond our planet and their plans here...
I can't help with that form of Disclosure, But I can disclose to
you that Incursion is almost complete, we are hoping to release it in
Mid April if all goes well, We have added several exciting features to
the game since my last post to include the Tactics mode. In the new
Tactics Mode you send teams around the globe to recover crashed UFO's,
This part of the game play very "Shining Force'esque" as you have to
move your Special Ops troops to intercept the passengers of the UFO and
"secure" them so the retrieval teams can move the materials to you
island base, where you may continue to study them and their craft....
Also their is a ton of new improvements to the core of the engine,
I demo'd Incursion at Momocon 2008 here in Atlanta, GA's Georgia Tech.
And many folks gave great comments on it, some I had to tell to stop
playing as to let other have a try, If you want to Beta the game, then
